Of the 263 people living in Haugen in 2020, 48.7 percent (128) were women and 51.3 percent (135) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Northwoods Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 33. In the 65 and over age range, there were 34 females and 18 males.
