78.2% of Barron County residents old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 46,529 citizens living in Barron County in 2021, 78.2% were old enough to vote, equating to 36,398 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 18,372 were male, constituting 50.5%, and 18,026 were female, making up 49.5%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Barron County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 78%.
