Credentialing for the State Convention will begin at 7 a.m., with the convention officially starting at 10:30 a.m. The event will take place at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Elections for multi-county state school board, state house, and state senate seats are scheduled to start at 8 a.m. Attendees are advised to check the schedule in advance to ensure timely arrival.

The agenda includes discussions on convention rules, breakout election schedules, proposed constitutional amendments, platform amendments, and resolutions.

In the upcoming elections, attendees are encouraged to vote for Republican Party endorsed candidates. The Iron County Republican Party has endorsed Phil Lyman for governor following his victory at the Utah Republican State Convention with 67.54% support.

Governor Spencer Cox addressed delegates at the 2024 Republican State Convention. He suggested that those who do not vote for him may "hate too much," while addressing Republicans in attendance.

Those interested in volunteering with the Iron County Republican Party are invited to fill out a form provided by the organization.
