There were 406 students enrolled in Frederic School District in the 2024-25 school year, 2.2% less than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2024-25 school year, 50.3% identified themselves as girls, 49.7% as boys.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, accounting for 88.7% of the Frederic School District total enrollment.

Frederic School District covers two schools within Polk County, with its main office in Frederic.

Among the two schools in the district, Frederic 6-12 School recorded the highest enrollment of 214 students in the 2024-25 school year.

Wisconsin had a student-to-teacher ratio of 14-to-1 in 2025, lower than the national average of 16-to-1, according to Public School Review.
