At Ashland Medical Center, Anita Haderly has been honored with the inaugural North Star Employee Excellence Award. This award recognizes employees who provide exemplary service to patients, regardless of whether they work in patient-facing roles.

Anita Haderly, a Patient Access Specialist at the cancer center, was acknowledged for her outstanding efforts. Her nomination highlighted her dedication to ensuring optimal patient interactions. Notably, she assisted a patient with insurance matters at the start of the year, securing proper in-network coverage to facilitate prompt medical attention without additional insurance concerns.

Colleagues frequently commend Anita for her care and compassion towards patients. The award ceremony took place on February 20 and was attended by staff members, Anita's family, and others.
