There were 2,091 students enrolled in Sawyer County school districts in the 2024-25 school year, 1.2% less than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

The county's data showed that 12th grade had the largest enrollment, with 190 students, while second grade saw the smallest, with 124 students.

Countywide, Hayward Community School District welcomed the most students during the 2024-25 school year.
