There were 527 students enrolled in Clear Lake School District in the 2024-25 school year, 2.6% less than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2024-25 school year, 53.5% identified themselves as boys, 46.5% as girls.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, accounting for 91.5% of the Clear Lake School District total enrollment.

Clear Lake School District covers three schools within Polk County, with its main office in Clear Lake.

Among the three schools in the district, Gaylord A. Nelson Educational Center recorded the highest enrollment of 266 students in the 2024-25 school year.

Wisconsin had a student-to-teacher ratio of 14-to-1 in 2025, lower than the national average of 16-to-1, according to Public School Review.
