There were 436 students enrolled in Flambeau School District in the 2024-25 school year, 3.1% less than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2024-25 school year, 53.4% identified themselves as boys, 46.6% as girls.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, accounting for 95.9% of the Flambeau School District total enrollment.

Flambeau School District covers four schools within Rusk County, with its main office in Tony.

Among the four schools in the district, Flambeau Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of 188 students in the 2024-25 school year.

Wisconsin had a student-to-teacher ratio of 14-to-1 in 2025, lower than the national average of 16-to-1, according to Public School Review.
