There were 1,831 students enrolled in Grantsburg School District in the 2024-25 school year, 6.5% more than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2024-25 school year, 55% identified themselves as girls, 45% as boys.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, accounting for 78.4% of the Grantsburg School District total enrollment.

Grantsburg School District covers four schools within Burnett County, with its main office in Grantsburg.

Among the four schools in the district, iForward recorded the highest enrollment of 1,030 students in the 2024-25 school year.

Wisconsin ranks 22nd in the U.S. for public education spending, with an annual expenditure of over $16,500 per pupil, totaling $13.8 billion per year.
