Senator Romaine Robert Quinn (R-Cameron) has voted in favor of legislation that aims to provide significant tax relief for middle-class earners and retirees in Wisconsin. The bill, which passed the State Senate with a vote of 22-10, is estimated to reduce the state's tax burden by over $2.9 billion.Under the proposed plan, the middle-class tax bracket will be reduced from 5.3% to 4.4%, resulting in an average savings of $772 for filers.
