Census Bureau: More women than men in Turtle Lake in 2019

Of the 947 people living in Turtle Lake in 2019, 50.5 percent (478) were women and 49.5 percent (469) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Northwoods Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 231-to-221. In the 65 and over age range, there were 130 females and 86 males.
