Of the 139 people living in Stone Lake in 2019, 42.4 percent (59) were women and 57.6 percent (80) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Northwoods Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 47-to-33. In the 65 and over age range, there were 14 females and 19 males.
