Of the 255 people living in Radisson in 2019, 52.2 percent (133) were women and 47.8 percent (122) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Northwoods Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 93-to-67. In the 65 and over age range, there were 29 females and 12 males.
