Of the 144 people living in Drummond in 2019, 41 percent (59) were women and 59 percent (85) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Northwoods Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 63-to-34. In the 65 and over age range, there were 17 females and seven males.
