Of the 803 people living in Centuria in 2019, 48.9 percent (393) were women and 51.1 percent (410) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Northwoods Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 276-to-229. In the 65 and over age range, there were 69 females and 57 males.
