Of the 258 people living in Brule in 2019, 43.4 percent (112) were women and 56.6 percent (146) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Northwoods Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 68-to-61. In the 65 and over age range, there were 28 females and 32 males.
