Cooking with Lars: Chicken Gyros

Description: Two words: tzatziki sauce. It’s tangy, it’s fresh, and it’s what makes a gyro a gyro. Learn how to make this Greek pita sandwich piled with fresh veggies and Greek seasoned chicken. The class takes place Thursday, October 14th from 5pm – 7pm at the Chequamegon Bay Food Co-op. Chef Lars Dukowitz of Cooking with Lars will be your instructor.
