Of the 393 people living in Reserve in 2020, 38.4 percent (151) were women and 61.6 percent (242) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Northwoods Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 41. In the 65 and over age range, there were 30 females and 63 males.
