Of the 491 people living in Prairie Farm in 2020, 49.3 percent (242) were women and 50.7 percent (249) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Northwoods Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 29. In the 65 and over age range, there were 53 females and 55 males.
