Of the 137 people living in Marengo in 2020, 45.3 percent (62) were women and 54.7 percent (75) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Northwoods Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 2. In the 65 and over age range, there were two females and 15 males.
