Of the 146 people living in Lewis in 2020, 42.5 percent (62) were women and 57.5 percent (84) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Northwoods Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 16. In the 65 and over age range, there were 25 females and 32 males.
