Of the 88 people living in Cornucopia in 2020, 43.2 percent (38) were women and 56.8 percent (50) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Northwoods Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 16. In the 65 and over age range, there were 31 females and 27 males.
