Of the 1,080 people living in Centuria in 2020, 43.6 percent (471) were women and 56.4 percent (609) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Northwoods Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 79. In the 65 and over age range, there were 90 females and 73 males.
