Census Bureau: nobody in Iron River identified as multi-racial in 2020

Of the 652 citizens living in Iron River in 2020, everyone said they were only one race, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained in March.

Of those who said they were one race, the majority identified as white.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.
