Of the 1,171 citizens living in Frederic in 2020, 932 were old enough to vote as of March 26, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 457 of those people were female and 475 were male.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.

Statistical data for 2021 will be released later this year.
