Here you will find a community of souls who are searching to be all that they can, to awaken and remember their inner source of power, love.

Together we will be holding space to share loving kindness meditations and learn new skills and empowerment tools to help deal with PTSD, anxiety, depression, fear & childhood traumas.

During our deep loving kindness global meditation sessions together, I will be teaching the power of mindfulness & new integration tools that we can all use daily starting with the power of intentions and breath work.

We have had over 30,000 beautiful souls join the worldwide loving kindness meditations and they are growing in numbers by the day.
