Tamarack Health Ashland Medical Center has been recognized as a 2024 Human Experience Pinnacle of Excellence Award winner by Press Ganey. This award is part of Press Ganey's ranking of top hospitals and health systems based on quality of care.

Ashland Medical Center was acknowledged for maintaining high standards in clinical quality. The recognition places the center among Press Ganey’s top-performing clients nationwide. The award is conferred based on performance data over two years, evaluating ten clinical measures in hospitals with fewer than 100 beds. Press Ganey collaborates with over 41,000 healthcare facilities to enhance care safety, quality, and experience.

Interim President of Ashland Medical Center, Luke Beirl, said, “Alongside Press Ganey’s team, we have gained greater insight into how we continue to raise the bar in caring for the communities we serve.” He emphasized the role of integrating people, processes, and technology to drive meaningful change in healthcare.
