Abe Ahlberg, former Solon Springs High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Thursday, May 15 in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship

On Thursday, May 15, former Solon Springs High School standout Abe Ahlberg’s current collegiate team the Colorado Mesa Mavericks won 5-2 against the Metro State Roadrunners in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Irwin Field at 3 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Metro State Roadrunners in the tournament.

The Colorado Mesa Mavericks’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 9 p.m. at Irwin Field.
