Lac Courte Oreilles Ojibwa Community College issued the following announcement on Oct.29
LCOcollege recognizes Nina Mae Walck, a former student, who has walked on. Nina took various classes for years, both in Red Cliff then Washburn and back to Red Cliff. Even when the weather was terrible, she'd show up for classes, and always did the homework.
May the memory of Nina bring you comfort and peace.
