University of Wisconsin-Superior issued the following announcement on March 29.
The University of Wisconsin-Superior Music Department will present renowned pianists Ji Young Lee, from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, and Dr. Hector Landa, UW-Superior assistant professor, for its “Piano Duo” performance on Tuesday, April 12, at 7:30 p.m. in Thorpe Langley Auditorium.
“We will perform two of the most important works of the piano duo literature, Mozart’s ‘Sonata in D Major’ and Rachmaninoff’s ‘Suite No. 2,’ and close with Bolcom’s equally exciting ‘The Serpent’s Kiss,’” said Landa.
Tickets are $5 for adults, $3 for seniors and free for students. Thorpe Langley Auditorium is in Old Main, 1710 Weeks Ave.
