Join us for our 2022-2023 season opener featuring featuring Hector Landa, piano & Johnathan Borja, flute.
This program will feature music for flute and piano written by Mexican composers during the past few decades. Traditional rhythms and harmonies derived from danzón, son huasteco, jarabe, and Cuban son will alternate with contemporary sounds of our time.
