There were 915 students enrolled in Unity School District in the 2024-25 school year, 2.9% less than the previous year, according to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2024-25 school year, 51.7% identified themselves as boys, 48.3% as girls.

Data also shows that most of the students were white, accounting for 84.4% of the Unity School District total enrollment.

Unity School District covers three schools within Polk County, with its main office in Balsam Lake.

Among the three schools in the district, Unity Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of 385 students in the 2024-25 school year.

Wisconsin ranks 22nd in the U.S. for public education spending, with an annual expenditure of over $16,500 per pupil, totaling $13.8 billion per year.
